The purpose of this program is to develop an institutional alternative to waiver services that meets the needs of persons with other related conditions. ICF/ORCs provide health care, rehabilitative and active treatment services in small community based settings.

ICF/ORC Description
The primary purpose of the ICF/ORC developed by Erie Independence House Inc. is to provide a continuous and ongoing array of health and/or rehabilitative services for consumers with other related conditions which will maintain the consumers' health and safety while enabling them to gain the necessary skills and abilities to function as independently and productively as possible, and to participate in the community activities of their choice.
