EIH currently operates four residential apartment buildings, totaling 40 units, where people with disabilities live independently in adaptively equipped, fully accessible apartments. All of EIH's apartments are in secure buildings and most are rent subsidized based on HUD or PHFA income guidelines.
All the apartment buildings are located close to bus routes and shopping. Buildings are all one level and have spacious parking available to both residents and visitors.
