Accessible Housing

Overview

EIH currently operates three residential apartment buildings where people who are mobility impaired live independently in adaptively equipped, fully accessible apartments. All of EIH's apartments are in secure buildings and most are rent subsidized based on Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) income guidelines.

All applications are maintained on a "First Come, First Served" waiting list.

All the apartment buildings are located close to bus routes and shopping. Buildings are all one level and have spacious parking available to both residents and visitors.
